Could the International Criminal Court of law incriminate Binyamin Netanyahu?

.Israel's federal government is concerned that the International Bad Guy Court Of Law (ICC) in The Hague are going to issue apprehension warrants against elderly Israeli authorities in relation to the battle in Gaza. Those under suspicion could consist of Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel's head of state, members of his kitchen cabinet and generals in the Israel Defence Forces. The ICC has not stated it is thinking about such an action. Yet Mr Netanyahu experienced the danger major adequate to state on April 30th that any warrant "would be actually an outrage of historical proportions". The ICC's chief district attorney, Karim Khan, cautioned that risks to "retaliate" against the court could weaken its own impartiality.
